Advance Directives and Living Wills - Do You Know The Facts?

Meridian At Home to provide free discussions on advanced directives and living wills  

Neptune, NJ - The social work team from Meridian At Home’s Hospice program is holding three free information sessions to provide facts about advance directives and living wills— legal documents that allow you to communicate your wishes with your loved ones. These discussions will include a general overview on advance directives and living wills, whether you or your family members should have one, and how to access them. Three separate events will be held.
