At that point, your pediatrician may refer you to a pediatric endocrinologist who has specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of these types of disorders among children and teens.
K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital's Endocrinology Division provides comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care for children with a variety of endocrine disorders. In fact, we offer the only American Diabetes Association-recognized Pediatric Diabetes Education Center in the region.
