DISNEY INSTITUTE BRINGS PROGRAM ON LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, SERVICE & LOYALTY TO EATONTOWN

Unique one-day event sponsored by Meridian Health in Partnership with Monmouth-Ocean Development Council to be held on May 24, 2007

Neptune, NJ - Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development program, “The Disney Keys to Excellence” to the Sheraton Eatontown on Thursday, May 24, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sponsored locally by Meridian Health in partnership with Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC), the full-day event will give area business professionals a chance to discover the business behind the Disney magic.

The exciting program sessions will introduce participants to innovative Disney strategies that they can easily implement in their own organizations. “The Disney Keys to Excellence” is comprised of four, 90-minute sessions:
· Leadership, Disney Style – Participants discover how effective leadership has been the catalyst at Disney to drive employee/customer satisfaction and bottom-line results, from the company’s inception to today.
· Management, Disney Style – Participants examine the importance of integrating an organization’s corporate culture into selection, training and care.
· Service, Disney Style – Participants explore world-renowned Disney principles for service excellence.
· Loyalty, Disney Style – Participants learn key practices and principles in building and sustaining loyalty that have made Disney a trusted and revered brand around the world for more than 75 years.

The program fee for “The Disney Keys to Excellence,” which includes registration, program materials, continental breakfast and lunch, are as follows: $440 for a non-member company/organization of MODC; early-bird fee of $395 (10%) discount if you register and pay by March 24, 2007); and $375 for a member company/organization of MODC.
