Intensive Care
Our hospital's pediatric intensive care is among the best in the state for infants, children, and adolescents. As home to the area's only Level II Trauma Center with pediatric commitment combined with our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, we provide a variety of 24/7 programs, including:
- Transport Services: comprised of teams of nurses and physicians to stabilize critically ill children in transport
- Procedural Sedation Program: monitors sedation for all procedures by a board-certified
- Pediatric intensivist
- Ronald McDonald Family House Room: provides a home away from home for families of sick children
